The 63-question application is quite extensive -- some say invasive -- and seeks to weed out conflict-of-interesty people.
Anyone can apply -- members of any party, state or pyramid-scheme-based religion. So you can imagine my surprise when a top McCain aide leaked this to me.

Personally, as an Independent, I believe that Mrs. Palin should be first; treated like a person with feelings. The media and anti-Republicans have distorted this lady well beyond reason. Sure she made ill-advised comments about Obama, but you should hear what my mother-in-law says about me while she's gently caresses my child, her grand-daughter. The point is that for the sake of civility, we all should get along. In my mother-in-law's case, I can't stand the bitch, but for "mutual" reasons, we get along..

How in the world is this sexist? It isn't particularly funny, but certainly isn't sexist. Palin is incompetent. We should not curtail our criticisms of her simply because she is a woman. Most of us dislike Palin, because she is too moronic to realize that having her as veep is a grotesque joke. After Bush it would be nice to have an executive with an ounce of dignity - NOT a 'ya betcha' clown.
