John McCain Doesn't Know How to Use a Computer
John McCain -- the war hero who was held in captivity in Vietnam for six years, who served in the House for four years and is serving his fourth Senate term, who somehow won the Republican president
ial primary this year by knocking out two former governors, and who has a website -- does not know how to use a computer.
He has admitted this blunder willingly. McCain, 71, would be the oldest president ever if elected in November (he'll be 72 then). He is old enough to be Barack Obama's dad, and possibly Dwight Eisenhower's running mate.
But how old is the computer? The answer: actually younger than the Arizonan. Computers were invented in the 1940s. McCain was born in 1936.
There's a very good chance that McCain is not reading this blog. Not because it's relatively new or run by college kids, but because he doesn't know what Internet Explorer is.
And that really makes me wonder how former HP CEO Carly Fiorina is actually being considered as his running mate. That's like George W. Bush running on a ticket with someone who knows what global warming is.
So if McCain doesn't know how to use one of those fandangled new future boxes, here are some things the senior senator from Arizona also can't do:
Enter Google searches for "Sunni" and "Shiite."
Read the president's proposed budget (released online only this year).
Update his own website.
Check his AARP status.

Good news, if elected, the president gets them there advisor type peoples. Plus if he chooses the former hp ceo, maybe he can learn not only how to use one but perhaps design one in his spare time. I do remember an experience in my life where I was hired by Sears to run their Brand Central department. I knew very little about electronics but I had the intelligence to hire the right people to help the customers! The president does not have to know everything nor would it be possible for him. Thats why you need good people. As it is I am certain that Obama knows how to use a computer but the man scares me. I would rather have someone computer illiterate that I can trust.

McCain does not know how to use a computer? Wow, I would have thought that he would have especially since he is so young!! By the way did Truman, Eisenhower, Roosevelt and Kennedy?? Did other past Presidents know something that he did not?? MY goodness, how did we ever survive as a country without a computer??
